WONDER WOMAN 1984 - Snack Pop Sweepstake Rules

How to Enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), go to https://www.instagram.com/eatsnackpop/ and
https://www.facebook.com/eatsnackpop/ , tag a friend, and comment #WonderWoman1984 in the comment section of the collaborative post. Multiple entries are permitted.
Prizes (the “Prizes”):
- Grand Prize: One (1) Digital Movie of the Picture and a Mixed case of Snack Pop (Grand Prize)
- Twenty-four (24) Winners of Grand Prize (the “Winners”) will be chosen and notified via Instagram on or before March 31st, 2021 (the “Notification Date”).
Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am, Sweepstakes begins on March 2nd, 2021 (EST) and ends March 30th, 2021 ("PT") (the "sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PARTICIPATION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OR THIRTEEN YEARS OR OLDER WITH APPROVAL FROM A LEGAL GUARDIAN, AS OF March 30th, 2021, The following persons are not eligible to participate or win the sweepstakes: employees, officers and directors of Snaxsational, LLC (“Company”) or each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers, agents and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each. Void outside of 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted, and subject to all national, state, provincial, and local laws, rules, or regulations. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Company's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Participants not abiding by these Official Rules may be disqualified at Company’s sole discretion.
Notification of the Winners:
The Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message on or before the Notification Date once the Sweepstakes Period has officially ended. If either of the selected Winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the Prizes and/or, where applicable, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the Prizes may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining valid, eligible, timely submitted entries.

By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is offered by Snack Pop LLC, which is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.
By entering the sweepstakes, you further agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold Snack Pop LLC, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, and assignees, including its advertising, promotional, and/or digital agencies and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes, harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the Prizes or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Snack Pop LLC’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prizes, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prizes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Snack Pop LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, force majeure, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Snack Pop LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or the Winners, as determined by Snack Pop LLC at its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
